This boat will be given to the winner with the import license number 11261709, issued to be legally in Mexico as of November 2006, and valid until November 2016, in case the winner should like to change the status directly and personally to a permanent one to be legally issued under his/her name, then the corresponding taxes and duties must be paid to the Mexican Treasury Department.
